New system for electronic signing of accounts and tax return documents 

 

 

We have introduced an e-signing system for most of our clients to receive their accounts and tax returns etc electronically.

Documents requiring a signature have fields marked for those signatures and dating. The whole process is fully electronic.

This has been introduded to streamline our old cumbersome practice of posting everything out to clients and hopefully make our current system a little more "green" in it's credentials.

 

If you would prefer to receive your documents via post, please let us know.

 

                                             Covid-19 procedures 

 

 

Due to the on-going situation regarding the Coronavirus ( Covid-19) pandemic, we have continued to keep social distancing measures in place.

We will not be able to hold client meetings either at our or client premises for the foreseeable future. All clients meetings will need to take place over the phone or via a video call, with identity checks arranged this way.

Dropping off books is to be done to our parcel box only. This will be disinfected during the day multiple times. If you need to collect any books, please contact us in advance and we will arrange for these to be left on top of the parcel box ready for your collection. We cannot accept any paperwork by hand.

                                          Client referral Scheme

We have an attractive scheme for existing and new Clients - our Client Referral Scheme. For every successful recommendation you make, we will credit £25.00 to your account, which will then be deducted from your next bill.

 

The scheme is open to all existing clients, and new clients who sign up with us, and then make successful recommendations.

 

There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make.

Working hours

Our working hours are between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

During the current pandemic, new Client meetings are currently only available by phone and video calls ( e.g WhatsApp, Zoom  or similar ).
