e-signing of documents from 06.04.20

 

 

We are currently introducing an e-signing system for clients to receive their accounts and tax returns etc electronically.

Documents requiring a signature will have fields marked for those signatures and dating. The whole process will be fully electronic.

This is to streamline our current practice of posting reams of paper out to clients and hopefully make our current system a little more "green" in it's credentials.

We aim to get rolling on this as soon as the new tax year hits tomorrow, so please do ensure we have your current email on our records.

                                             Corona virus announcement 

 

 

Due to the current situation regarding the Coronavirus ( covid-19) outbreak, and having a high risk individual living here at BAS HQ, we will need to implement a couple of social distancing measures :-

We will not be able to hold client meetings either at these or client premises for the time-being. Any clients who have already booked meetings will be informed of this via email and either an option to re-book the meeting once this is all over, or a phone based meeting can be arranged instead. We can also answer many questions by email.

Dropping off books is to be done to our parcel box only. This will be disinfected during the day multiple times. If you need to collect any books, please contact us in advance and we will arrange for these to be left on top of the parcel box ready for your collection.

Client Referral Scheme

We have introduced an attractive scheme for existing and new Clients - our Client Referral Scheme. For every successful recommendation you make, we will credit £25.00 to your account, which will then be deducted from your next bill.

 

The scheme is open to all existing clients, and new clients who sign up with us, and then make successful recommendations.

 

There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make.
